Rules for Admission to the FGGS Tutoring Programme

  1. Applications for the tutoring programme for upcoming semesters will be accepted within the timeframes determined by the FGGS Council of Tutors and announced on the website.
  2. A list of tutors offering tutoring, along with their profiles, is available on the FGGS website.
  3. Interested students should submit their application from their university email address to the FGGS Council of Tutors at: tutor.wngig@amu.edu.pl
  4. The application should include the following student information: full name, year of study, degree level and field of study, email address, proposed tutors (from 1 to 3, ranked by priority), and a letter of motivation outlining the reasons for applying to the programme and the applicant’s interests in the field of natural sciences.
  5. After submitting the application, the student will receive confirmation of receipt.
  6. The Council of Tutors coordinates the flow of applications and forwards them to the indicated tutors.
  7. A consultation between the tutor and the candidate may take place.
  8. Once the tutor has given their approval, the Council informs the student of their acceptance into the tutoring programme.
  9. The Council also informs the student if they have not been accepted by any of the indicated tutors.
  10. If not all available places are filled, the recruitment process is extended. Applications are then accepted on a rolling basis.
